Every patient has an in-person examination with a GDC-registered dentist before any treatment is planned. Suitability is confirmed at that visit.
Your visit, step by step
- A call within minutes. Our treatment coordinator calls you back, answers your questions and finds a time for a free visit. A £20 deposit holds the slot and is refunded in full when you attend, or if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice.
- The free visit. A look round the practice and a chat about what you want to change, the price and how finance works. No pressure and nothing to decide on the day.
- Examination and scan. Dr Umar Chadat examines your teeth and gums in person and takes a digital scan. If anything needs doing first, you can have it done by your own dentist or by us.
- Your plan, in writing. You see a digital preview of the result, the number of aligners, the timeline and every cost on one page. You decide in your own time.
- Treatment. Aligners are changed every one to two weeks, with short check-ups along the way. Refinements are included if teeth need a little more movement.
- Retainers, and whitening if you want it. One set of retainers is included to keep your teeth where they are. Whitening is optional and done with your retainers at the end.

Questions people ask us
How is this different from aligners bought online?
A dentist examines you in person, takes the scan, checks your gums and bite, and sees you through treatment. Online-only aligner companies cannot do that, and several have closed leaving patients without support.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on your teeth. Mild crowding is often finished in a few months; more movement takes longer. Your dentist gives you a plan with an estimate before you start.
What is in the £1,500?
Your examination and scan, the aligners, refinements if teeth need a little more movement, and one set of retainers at the end. Both arches are £2,500. Teeth whitening is optional at £100, done at the end with your retainers.
Can I whiten my teeth as well?
Yes. Whitening is an optional extra at £100. We do it at the end of treatment using your retainers as the whitening trays, so your teeth are straight and white at the same time.
Will I need retainers?
Yes, for as long as you want your teeth to stay straight. One set is included. Replacement sets are charged separately.
Does it hurt?
Teeth can feel tender for a day or two after each new aligner. Your dentist will explain what to expect for your case.
Am I suitable?
Aligners suit many cases of crowding, spacing and mild bite problems. Your dentist confirms suitability at the in-person examination.
Do my teeth and gums need to be healthy first?
Yes. Aligners only start once any decay or gum problems are sorted. Our dentist checks this at your free examination. If something needs doing first, you can have it done by your own dentist, including on the NHS, or we can quote for it. Either way, we do a final check before your aligners begin.
Is the first visit really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the treatment-coordinator visit. We ask for a £20 deposit to hold your slot, which is refunded in full when you attend, or if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Nothing is taken when you send the enquiry form.
